Cali Labz

Bold website for a cannabis franchise operation across Europe — brand identity, custom graphics, design, and development all created from scratch.

Cali Labz sells cannabis franchises across Europe. In a market where most brands default to clean green-and-wellness aesthetics, they wanted the opposite — something that stood out immediately, stuck in memory, and communicated serious ambition. The brief was to be unforgettable.

What we built

We built the entire brand identity from zero — name treatment, colour system, custom graphics, and all visual assets created in-house. The colour palette is deliberate and loud: the kind of choices that make a site impossible to confuse with anything else. The typography is confident, the layouts are bold, and every element was chosen to create impact from the first scroll.

Beyond the visual identity, the site communicates the franchise opportunity with clarity: what Cali Labz is, how the franchise model works, which territories are available, and how to start a conversation. The design earns attention; the content converts it.

The results

Franchise enquiries increased significantly in the months following launch. The site became a talking point in the industry — people in the cannabis franchise space were sharing it because the design was genuinely different. Cali Labz now has a brand identity that carries across their site, physical locations, and marketing materials.
