Website for a short-term rental management platform — visual identity, design, and development built from scratch to communicate simplicity and professionalism.
PumaPro is a platform that makes property management for holiday stays easier. Hosts and short-term rental managers use it to handle bookings, operations, and guest communication in one place. The product was solid — the website wasn't communicating it clearly enough. Visitors weren't converting because they couldn't quickly understand what PumaPro did or why it was worth trying.
We built the site from scratch: brand identity, visual system, all custom graphics, and the full production build. The design was built to reflect the product's core promise — things just got easier. Clean layout, uncluttered structure, and copy written to answer the three questions every potential customer has within ten seconds of landing: what is this, is it for me, and what do I do next.
Each feature of the platform got its own section with a specific explanation rather than a list of bullet points. The visual language is approachable and professional — credible enough for property managers handling multiple units, accessible enough for individual hosts just getting started.
PumaPro saw a meaningful increase in signups after the new site launched. The platform started converting cold traffic — visitors who arrived through search or referral were understanding the product well enough to create an account without needing a demo call first. The clarity of the site reduced the sales cycle considerably.
