ReloCare moves goods and belongings across the UK and into Europe. When people search for a removal company, they want a price fast and a way to book without a phone call. ReloCare's old process required both — quotes came by email, bookings by phone. They were losing customers to competitors who made it easier.
We built the full site from scratch — brand direction, design, development, and all visual assets. The centrepiece is an instant pricing tool: customers enter their route, property size, and move date, and get a price on the spot. No waiting for a callback, no email thread.
From there, the booking flow takes three steps. A customer who arrives ready to commit can go from the homepage to a confirmed booking in under three minutes. Each service — domestic removals, European routes, specialist transport — has its own dedicated page with information specific to that type of move rather than one-size-fits-all copy.
The design is clean and deliberate. People handing over their belongings need to trust the company they're looking at. The site earns that trust before they speak to anyone.
Within a month of launching, the majority of new bookings were coming through the online system rather than by phone. Quote administration time dropped significantly.
